I bring 32 years of clinical experience in both public and private settings. I work with both individuals and couples, with a particular focus on helping navigate mental health challenges and fertility concerns.

Qualifications and Experience
I am a Registered Social Worker (BC College of Social Workers) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Victoria.

I became licensed as a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist in Mexico in 1991 and practiced as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist in private practice and as the Director of Psychological Services of an infertility and reproductive medicine clinic (Instituto para el Estudio de la Concepcion Humana- IECH) before immigrating to Canada in 2017. Previously, I served as Chair of the Mental Health Professional Group (MHPG) of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), President of the Mental Health in Infertility Interest Group (GLASMI) of the Latin American Federation of Sterility and Fertility Societies and founded the Mexican Infertility Association.

I have presented and published on topics related to psychotherapeutic strategies, assisted reproduction, and infertility.
